We moved here permanently in 2004, after many visits to Sallie’s parents’ holiday home. We fell in love with North Cyprus with its great climate and friendly people, but were surprised by the difficulties with keeping a continuity of house maintenance and repair. Long distance home ownership brings many difficulties and worries which we want to eliminate for our clients.

When we lived in Topsham in Devon, Gary was a Fire Fighter so his calm demeanour in the face of an emergency is invaluable when it comes to all those urgent minor plumbing, electrical or structural repairs that require early attention. Sallie was in office organisation which gives her the necessary skills for scheduling and people management. Together Gary and Sallie provide the total care that any property owner wants when they live away from their Cyprus home.
