Most property management companies tie you to an annual contract that includes a monthly charge. We do not offer such contracts, and believe that you should pay only for what you require – why pay when you villa is empty?

We offer a Maintenance & Security Service, and can also offer pre-clean, weekly clean and shutdown clean services when your property is occupied.

Our letting package ensures that your property is ready for occupancy. We will liaise with you on time of arrivals and departures and can provide airport pick up and drop offs. A welcome pack is provided and followed up with a courtesy visit. Once your guests have departed we will check that all items are still in working order and check inventory for breakages or lost items. The property will be cleaned and secured.

Our Maintenance and Security service provides regular checking of your property whilst unoccupied, and includes reporting to you of any maintenance work which we can oversee. Payment of utility bills and dealing with any household emergencies is also covered.
