Unlike other property management companies, I not only provide a
comprehensive property management service, but also specialise
in monitoring properties whilst they are being constructed. This
service includes on build weekly inspections with written
updates provided via email together with photos of ongoing
works.
Of course, in your absence your property needs to be cared for.
I offer maintenance and security services and will report
problems as well as pay utility bills and such like.
Knowing that each property and the requirements of the owners
are different, I emphasise that all my packages and services our
tailored to your needs – no annual contracts when you don’t need
what they have to offer.
